What's included in the Home Extra package?
Furnishings layout
The furnishing layout shows top view of the specific room. If it’s about a multiple room structure, connections and assigned functions together are also visible. It contains all markings on furniture or any information which are necesary to have clear overview on the space and equipment in the interior layout.
Demolition and construction layout
This layout provides restructuring plans presenting original and planned conditions with respect to structural modifications.
Moodboard
The impressions montage displays selected materials, colors and furnishings in order to provide impressions on the atmosphere of the room, on the combined effect of materials.
Electrical and lighting plan
This plan contains the locations of necessary high voltage (eg. AC power plugs) and low voltage (eg. TV aerial connecton) outlets, as well as the diagram of light sources (general, ceiling, local, mood lighting).
Installation plan
This plan includes locations of mechanical rough-ins required for of the envisaged creation.
Allocation of coverings (substrate and sidewall)
Shows the cover of all rooms in the apartment. The tiling/coverage method includes depositing cold, warm coverings, grout sizes and location of any possible decorative elements.
Suspended ceiling plan
Displaying the proposed ceiling plan in floor plan view and sectioned presentation.
Kitchen design
2D design with dimensions, prepared on the basis of individual needs.
3D photorealistic visualization
Renderings developed in detail and showing rooms from multiple viewing angles. Furniture and visible fixtures appear in a realistic view.
Shopping together
On one occasion for a two-hour time period.
Shopping list
A list of procurement sources and exact purchase volumes of planned products (coatings, textiles, wall coverings, paints, etc) and furniture.

Designer’s supervision
Site perambulate twice a week on weekdays, one hour intervals each time, producing photographic documentation, list of errors.
